South Grove Condos Concept

Spring 2013

Conceived in 2008, the concept for "affordable", unique, spacious and functional condos was birthed. Transforming an open field into a suburban condo holding, kc&b concept was instrumental in designing site plans, water and sewer infrastructure, geothermal infrastructure, blueprints zoning and more. Progressing to project management, kc&b concept oversaw the comprehensive development build of Manitoba’s first completely "Geothermal Only" condo development. Unique living space designs, miniscule ongoing energy requirements, environmentally sustainable and accessible.
