South Central Retrofit
Summer 2013
Content with the current living space and location, these homeowners wanted to retrofit the exterior of their charming home in an established neighborhood. kc&b build was contacted to provide suggestions for materials and design. The completed project saw a dramatic improvement not only in street appeal but energy efficiency as well with an overall tighter "building envelope". New windows, siding, roofing and an attention to the finishing touches created that "pop" to a once tired exterior.
